Before commissioning, please make sure to carefully read these ToS.
By paying me for a commission, you accept all following terms and conditions stated here:---------------------------------------------------------General Terms• Any commission will be delivered as a digital file only. Usually as .png or .gif (only for animated art), no shipping required.• It's the client's responsibility to save the finished piece, as I might not keep every artwork.• Please provide a clear reference of your OC.• The prices may vary according to the complexity of a commission. Complex designs, poses, backgrounds, animations, etc. may increase the price. If you are unsure, please feel free to ask before commissioning me.• IMPORTANT: Do not rush me, I will take the time that I need to finish any commission. The time I'll need to finish a piece can differ a lot (from a few hours up to a few months) You may ask me about the current situation before commissioning. If you don't ask beforehand I will assume you are okay with waiting patiently.---------------------------------------------------------I will do• OCs - feral animals/creatures (canines preferred, but open to try other species, prices may differ)• SFW, blood, scars• for specific commission types please check any of my Commission related uploads/blogs to see what’s available.---------------------------------------------------------I will NOT do• NSFW / 18+, any sexual content• anything racist, sexist, ableist, anti LGBTQ+, hateful content in general• fanart (as a commission), any characters the client has no copyright/license for (gifts for friends are okay)• way too complex characters, humans, armor, anything I’m not comfortable with---------------------------------------------------------Payment• I won't start your commission before getting payed the agreed price.• I only accept payment via Paypal.• Payment has to be sent within 24 hours. (Otherwhise, if I’m only taking a few slots and there are other interested parties, they’ll get the slot instead)---------------------------------------------------------Artist Rights• I retain all the rights to my artwork. (This includes, but is not limited to commercial purposes)• I retain the copyright of any of my work. By commissioning me I do not give away the copyright to the art.• I may slightly simplify your OCs design for a commission, if necessary (mostly for animations, smaller pieces or pixel art).• I appreciate artistic freedom and will choose the poses, shading style, backgrounds and canvas size, unless otherwise stated or discussed.• I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason without having to specify why.• I will not work with a deadline unless I agreed before the payment and there is a specific reason for the deadline.• I will not do refunds, unless I decide to cancel the commission (I will contact you then, of course)• I will most likely work in order of the commissions I get, but (even if it’s rarely going to happen) I retain the right to change the order for motivation purposes.---------------------------------------------------------Client Rights• You, the client, retain all rights to your original characters.• You, the client, may use the commissioned artwork for any personal, non-commercial/ non-profitable purposes, including posting the art on another website, gallery or blog as long as you credit me, the artist (Yujami) and optionally link back to the original submission.---------------------------------------------------------You (whether you're a client or not) may NOT...• … use my art (including personal art and commissions) for any commercial/profitable purposes.• … edit my art (including personal art and commissions) in any way.• … claim to be the original artist of any of my work.
